Admission Procedure
For admission to UFV as an exchange student, the international coordinator at the home University (with a valid bilateral agreement) must submit an official nomination through UFV’s online platform. Once we accept the nomination, the student will receive a link to the online application.
Admission Deadlines:
Fall Semester or Full Academic Year:

Nomination for Partner Universities:March 16th – May 1st

Online Application for Students: April 1st – May 31st
Spring Semester:

Students should scan and upload the following documents when completing our online application process:
Erasmus Students (Spanish or EU passport):

ID or passport

Passport photo
-
European health card or private health insurance
-
Courses selection form (learning agreement)
Important: students will not be allowed to complete their registration without a valid insurance. (More information)
Non Erasmus Students
Students who do NOT hold a Spanish or European passport must submit the following documents:

Private health insurance that covers repatriation of remains in case of death

Courses selection form (learning agreement)

Photocopy of your VISA at your arrival
