Documentation regular UFV students who wish to go on exchange must hand in to the International Relations Office
1. To qualify for the exchange:
You must fill out an application form, through which you can send your information, photo, photocopy of ID, your updated transcript and a letter of recommendation from a professor or counselor who knows you.
2. Once awarded the placement and before leaving for the destination:
Be sure to submit the following documents to the International Relations office before departing for your destination. If you fail to turn in these documents, the exchange agreement will be terminated.
a) Letter of exchange conditions including location, duration and academic and economic conditions, signed by the student.
b) Admission form to the university.
c) Documentation and Erasmus forms (where applicable).
d) Three copies of valid passport or ID card.
e) Medical insurance: Covering the entire exchange period. You may use:

- Any private insurance. http://www.miotroseguro.com
f) Accident insurance covering repatriation of remains in case of death. The cheapest we have found is that of TIVE, the Community of Madrid Youth Tourism Office. It is necessary to provide a copy of the policy and the catalog of conditions. If you want more information on the International Relations office we can provide concrete proposals for different insurance companies.
g) Medical Certificate.
h) 4 passport sized photos .
i) Copy of visa (outside the EU).
j) Management and contact phone numbers in case of emergency: home, work or mobile.
3. After the registration is made at UFV:
Be sure to leave someone in charge of enrolling you during the normal enrolment period at UFV, and please have them turn in a copy of your enrolment to the International Relations Office.
